Cenk Tosun’s spot at Everton could be under threat following recent reports linking the Toffees with a move for Danny Welbeck.
The Turkey international striker has failed to impress in recent months and has scored just one goal in all competitions this season.
Tosun has even been linked with a move back to Besiktas less than a year after joining from the Black Eagles for £26 million.
According to the Mirror, Everton are planning a January swoop for England international Danny Welbeck.
Per the source, the Toffees are confident that they can land the forward at a reasonable price seeing that Welbeck’s contract with Arsenal expires next summer.

Tosun has already lost his spot in Marco Silva’s starting eleven and could fall further down the pecking order should Everton sign Welbeck.
The 27-year-old has been called up to the Turkey national team squad which will take on Bosnia this week.
