Fenerbahce have been monitoring the highly rated Netherlands international in recent months and are considering a summer move for the PSV forward. The Yellow Canaries will face stiff opposition from the likes of Tottenham but will hope to lear the 21-year-old to Istanbul with Champions League football.
Depay who has 13 caps to his name, scored a goal for the Netherlands in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. The 21-year-old has six assists and 23 goals in 34 appearances for PSV this season.
