£30m Manchester City star Eliaquim Mangala a top target for Euro Giants this summer
Manchester City defender Eliaquim Mangala could be on his way out this summer.
The France international has been deemed as surplus to requirements by manager Pep Guardiola. Mangal spent the 2016-17 season out on loan at Valencia.
The Turkish outlet FutbolArena have stated that Besiktas are keen on signing Mangala this summer.
FutbolArena go onto state that Besiktas are keen to strengthen their defensive option’s over the summer. The Eagles have identified Mangala as a primary target.

Per the source, the Black Eagles want to sign the 26-year-old on a season long loan.
However, Many City want to sell Mangala on a permanent deal this summer rather than loan him out according to the Manchester Evening News.
Mangala failed to establish himself at City following a £32 million transfer (BBC) from Porto back in 2014. The France international has two years remaining on his current deal with the Citizens.
The 26-year-old has scored two goals in 33 appearances for City this season.
