£6m Man United target set to start in Istanbul derby, Reds Devils to scout 19-year-old
Manchester United are plotting a £6 million move for Basaksehir wonder-kid Cengiz Under according to the Hurriyet.
Basaksehir vice-president Mustafa Saral gave United the green light to pursue Under and underlined they would not try and block his path to Old Trafford.
“We have not received offers but there is interest and of course it is an honour to be on the radar of Manchester United,” Saral was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.

A source close to the club revealed to Turkish-Football that United have been keeping tabs on Under and that he will be monitored during the Istanbul derby against Galatasaray.
Basaksehir are expecting several scouts from England, Spain and Germany for the derby clash.
Under has been in great form for the surprise title challengers since joining from second-tier outfit Basaksehir.
The rising star has directly contributed to 12 goals – five goals, seven assists – in all competitions and recently recored for Turkey against Moldova.

The Turkish international is almost certain to start for Basaksehir against Galatasaray.
Basaksehir go into the clash in 2nd place, five points behind leaders Besiktas.
