The Turkish outlet SporX state that Istanbul Basaksehir’s Cengiz Under are United targets.

Turkish outlet Hurriyet have stated that Manchester United have set aside £6 million for Cengiz Under.
However, the source states that United are likely to face competition from Bayer Leverkusen and Inter Milan.
The 19-year-old has attracted scouts from across Europe after an impressive breakthrough season in the Turkish top-flight.
Under has been directly involved in 12 goals for the surprise title challengers this season.
Basaksehir take on Galatasaray in the Istanbul derby on Monday. Scouts from across Europe including United are expected to monitor his performance against the league giants.
Under’s form earned him a call up to the Turkish national team setup over the international break where he scored in his first start against Moldova.
