Bursaspor are confident of signing Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo this summer.
The Nigeria international has been closely linked with a move away from the London based club. Despite joining Chelsea back in 2012, Omerou is yet to make a single senior appearance for the Blues.
According to Bursaspor vice president Cem Ozturk, there is an 80% – 90% chance that Omeruo will join the Green Crocodiles this summer.
Ozturk went onto reveal financial details of the deal stated that Bursaspor has agreed a fee in the region of £600,000 with Chelsea for Omeruo.
“We are close to signing Omerou on loan. There is an 80%-90% chance that the transfer will happen,” Ozturk told the Turkish outlet Olay.
“We have struck a deal with Chelsea in the region of £500,000 and £600,000.”
The 24-year-old spent the 2017/18 season on loan with the Istanbul based club Kasimpasa where he made a total of 28 appearances.
Omerou has two years remaining on his contract with Chelsea.
Chelsea were defeated in the Community Shield final by Manchester City over the weekend. The Blues kick-off their 2018/19 Premier League season with a clash against Huddersfield.
