Arsenal star Mesut Özil along with teammates Mathieu Debuchy, Mathieu Flamini, Kieran Gibbs, Laurent Koscielny, Per Mertesacker and Aaron Ramsey delivered Christmas presents to children in hospital.
Mikel Arteta, Calum Chambers, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Wojciech Szczesny and Theo Walcott went to the Royal Free in Hampstead.
The Gunners pay an annual trip to the Whittington in Islington and Royal Free in Hampstead to give children and their families Christmas gifts.
The players brought Christmas sacks with the Arsenal badge on them full of gifts for the young patients.
Özil has been heavily involved in charitable work since joining Arsenal.
The 26-year-old received the Laureus charity award last month for helping children in need during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Özil also used his World Cup bonus to fund operations for 23 seriously ill Brazilian children.
The 2014 World Cup winner has not featured for the Arsenal since damaging his knee ligaments during a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea in October.
