Sergen Yalcin to lead first team training at Sivasspor today
[divider]Sergen Yalcin has signed a contract with Sivasspor which will keep him at the club until the end of the season.
Yalcin has been appointed as manager following Roberto Carlos’s departure from the club.
The former Turkish international traveled to Sivas today and is set to lead first team training.
The 42-year-old manager will manage his side in his weekends Turkish Super League clash against Kasimpasa.
Carlos resigned from his post following a dismal start to the season.
Sivasspor currently find themselves in .17 spot with just ten points from 14 games.
Yalçın is a former Turkish international with limited coaching experience. The former Beşiktaş star managed Gaziantepspor for a brief spell last season.
