Barcelona extended their unbeaten run to 34 games shattering the 26 year old record previously held by rivals Real Madrid following their 5-1 victory over Rayo Vallecano.
Lionel Messi scored a hat-trick to take his tally to 33 this season. Ivan Rakitic also found the net before being replaced by Arda Turan in the second half who scored his first goal for Barca.
We took a look at social media to get a feel of what Turan’s fans made of him breaking his duck.
Let’s start with the moment Turan was sent off for a rash challenge on 77 minutes. Thankfully the referee realised he made an error and rescinded his red card for a yellow allowing the bearded winger to stay on the field.

Turan has had a while to wait for his first Barcelona goal but it was well worth the wait as Turan found the back of the net with a brilliant flying header.
