Fenerbahce full-back Caner Erkin has not agreed terms with Inter Milan according to his agent Batur Altiparmak.
The agent revealed that they will hold talks with Fenerbahce before deciding on his future.
Altiparmak told Turkish-football.com: “There is currently no deal with any club we will hold talks with Fenerbahce before making any decisions.”
Turkish reporter Dündar Keşaplı told Beyaz Futbol presenter Ertem Şener live on air that an offer has been made and that a deal could be struck.
Erkin will be available on a free contract if he does not extend his contract with Fenerbahce that runs out at the end of the season.
The Yellow Canaries are reported to be in talks with Erkin over extending his contract but no agreement has been reached yet.
Inter are expected to face competition from Liverpool who have been keeping close tabs on Erkin and recently sent scouts to the Istanbul derby against Besiktas.
The Sabah newspaper meanwhile also linked Erkin with Chelsea, Manchester United and Stoke City.
Altiparmak however, told Turkish-football.com: “There have been enquiries from 5-6 teams but I have not mentioned names of any clubs and no agreements have been reached either.”
Erkin has one goal and eight assists in all competitions for the Turkish Super League leaders this season.
