Sivasspor set to change system under Sergen Yalçın [divider]
Sivasspor manager Sergen Yalçın revealed that he will be implementing a new system over the winter break.
“Sivasspor had a more attack minded approach when we first took over,” Yalçın said following the 2-0 win over Karabükspor.
“The team was geared to playing attacking football.
“We will be making a few changes and moving to a different system.
“Of course this is going to take a lot of work and time so we are lucky that the winter break has arrived as there is a lot to sort out.
“But the players are not resisting change and have been cooperating, I think they understand what we are trying to do here.
“The players do work extremely hard during training and have been putting in a lot of effort to try and change around our fortunes.
“I have been impressed with our last three performances.”
Sivasspor go into the winter break in 17th place on 14 points.
