Dahlin joins FC Midtjylland on 3.5 year deal [divider]
Gençlerbirliği goalkeeper Johan Dahlin has joined FC Midtjylland on a 3.5 year deal.
“It is an exciting project,” Dahlin said.
“FC Midtjylland have ambitious goals and offered me attractive terms.
“The club are aiming for European football and so am I.
“I gained a lot of experience playing in Turkey but have yet to win any trophies so I would love to win something at my new club.
“Also if I do well here I will get closer to securing my place as first team keeper for the national team.”
Dahlin joined Gençlerbirliği from Malmo last January and conceded 15 goals in 10 games for the Ankara based side this season.
The 28-year-old keeper has kept two clean sheets in the league for Gençlerbirliği in the Süper Lig.
Dahlin has three international caps for Sweden.
