Trabzonspor sign Uğur Demirok [divider]
Trabzonspor have completed the signing of Galatasaray target Uğur Demirok according to Fanatik.
Galatasaray were reported to be closely linked with the Akhisar defender however, Trabzonspor are believed to have agreed terms for an undisclosed fee.
Demirok’s agent Uğur Avadan recently confirmed that Trabzonspor, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe had been keeping tabs on the in form defender.
“Uğur’s contract finishes at the end of the season. He has been performing well and has earned national team caps. The interest shown in him is normal and is to be expected,” Avadan said.
“Fenerbahce, Besiktas, Galatasaray, Trabzonspor, Bursaspor and Kasimpasa have all expressed an interest.”
The 26-year-old defender who started his career at Galatasaray has been at Akhisar since 2011.
