[divider]Galatasaray board member Abdürrahim Albayrak issued a hands off warning to Juventus amid speculations linking Wesley Sneijder to the Seire A Champions.
Albayrak spoke to Galatasaray TV about the speculation in the media.
“We have met with Sneijder’s agent and said that we have no intention of selling his client,” Albayrak stated.
“There are lots of transfer rumours surrounding Sneijder, he has a €20 million clause, if sombody wants him they will need to pay this price.
“They are trying to distract and confuse our player.
“Sneijder is happy with life in Turkey and so is his wife. We are working towards extending his contract.
“I told Sneijders agent that we will offer him a contract extension one hour after we become champions at the end of the season.
Sneijder has been closely linked with a return to the Serie A and with Manchester United.
Sneijder joined Galatasaray from Inter in 2013 for €8 million and still has just under two-years left on his contract.
The Netherlands international has four goals and one assist in all competitions this season
