Galatasaray target set to sign new Arsenal contract [divider]
Galatasaray target Joel Campbell is set to sign a new contract deal with Arsenal according to the Daily Star.
The report claims that Campbell will extend his contract with Arsenal and then leave the Premier League outfit on loan.
Campbell has struggled for playing time and only made 10 appearances this season.
Real Sociedad are favourites to sign the Costa Rica international after David Moyes revealed that he was interested in Campbell.
Galatasaray made an offer for Campbell in the summer but Arsene Wenger wanted the the 22-year-old to stay in London.
Campbell has only played 40 minutes of Premier League football this season despite Arsenal facing a mounting injury crisis.
The 22-year-old has already had three loan spells since joining Arsenal but Wenger decided to keep him at in London this season after a series of good performances for Costa Rica at the 2014 World Cup.
