Arsenal are prepared to offer £12 million for Besiktas star Oguzhan Ozyakup according to Fanatik.
The report claims that the Gunners have been keeping close tabs on Ozyakup and will make a bid at the end of the season.
Ozyakup does of course have a history with Arsenal having joined the club as a youngster from AZ Alkmaar before rising through the ranks to the senior side before his transfer to Besiktas in 2012.
The Turkish international midfielder midfielder played a major role in Arsenal’s Under-18s side that won the Premier Academy League title in 2009 and made a few appearances in cup competitions for the Gunners before joining Beşiktaş in 2012 for a fee of €500,000.
The 23-year-old midfielder has been in great form for Besiktas this season playing a key role in the Black Eagles march to the league title in what has been his most productive campaign since joining the club from Arsenal in 2012.
The Turkish international midfielder has 10 goals and eight assists in all competitions for the Istanbul giants.
