Borussia Dortmund are lining up a €23 million bid for Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Omer Toprak according to the AMK.
The report states that Dortmund are seeking to bring in Toprak as a replacement for Matt Hummels who joined Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich this summer.
Dortmund have reportedly made Toprak an offer worth €3.6 million per-season which would be an increase on his current €2.5 million salary.
Toprak does however, still have another two-years remaining on his current contract and Bayer appear to be reluctant to part ways with their star defender.
The Turkish international defender has also faced interest from Premier League giants Manchester United.
United have been keeping close tabs on Torpak and are also preparing a move according to the Sun.
German media outlet Kicker have also reported that the Red Devils have sent scouts to watch Toprak over the course of the season. It remains to be seen if recently appointed United manager Jose Mourinho will push forward a move for the experienced defender.
