Özdilek – ‘Terim needs to stop talking and start making changes’ [divider]
Erciyesspor manager Mehmet Özdilek revealed that he found Fatih Terim’s conference on the problems facing Turkish football patronising.
Terim delivered a four hour speech regarding the situation of Turkish football and what must be changed in order to progress.

“Fatih Terim said what we have all been saying for years,” Özdilek told Fanatik.
“Everybody knows all this already, what was the point of holding a four hour long talk, he did not say anything that we all did not know anyway.
“We know all this, we do not need words we need actions.”
Özdilek recently signed a one and a half year contract with the Blue Dragons.
The former Beşiktaş player left Rizespor following a poor spell at the Black Sea based side.
