West Ham have made a loan bid with a future buyout clause option for Gokhan Tore according to Besiktas president Fikret Orman.
“We received a loan offer with a buyout clause option which we rejected,” Orman stated in his press-conference.
Orman did however, reveal that despite Tore being an important player for the Black Eagles he will be sold for the right price.
“We have not transfer listed Gokhan Tore he is a very important player but if he wants to leave we will sell him for the right price,” he added.
Besiktas are open to the prospect of selling the explosive winger last season after preparing for his departure last in January signing Aras Ozbiliz from Spartak Moscow.
Tore is one of Slaven Bilic’s main transfer targets this summer and has revealed on numerous occasions that he wants to bring the explosive winger to East London.
“Yes I want Gokhan Tore, will it happen? nobody can say yet but we want him,” Bilic said speaking live on Turkish Super Lig broadcaster Lig Tv after the Croatia v Turkey game.
The Hammers are reported to have agreed personal terms with Tore who wants to make the move a source close to the club told Turkish-football.com.
