Borussia Dortmund star Emre Mor has seen his transfer value increase from under €1 million to €16 million according to Transfermarkt – a 900 percent increase.

Mor has seen the biggest transfer valuation increase over Euro 2016 going from total obscurity having played just 13 times FC FC Nordsjælland last season and he was not even a senior Turkish international until two games before Euro 2016.

The Daily Star reported that the Reds were the favourites the sign the Turkish international and ESPN claimed that Liverpool were close to making an offer.

The 18-year-old was however, snapped up by Borussia Dortmund on a five-year deal a few days before Euro 2016 and demonstrated why the German giants rate him so highly with an impressive display against the Czech Republic.

Mor became the third youngest player to provide an assist in the European Championships when he setup Burak Yilmaz with the opening goal in the 2-0 victory over Czech Republic yesterday.
