“I do not think there will be an atmosphere of hate, both sets of fans will get on well and create a great atmosphere in England and Turkey,” Ba told Turkish-football.com reporters at his press conference at the Black Eagles Antalya training camp.
The Senegalese international striker has years of experience playing top-flight football in England. Ba played for West Ham, Newcastle and Chelsea before joining the Black Eagles.
Ba joined Beşiktaş on a £5.2 million move from Chelsea last season.
The 29-year-old became the first Beşiktaş player to score seven UEFA competition goals in one season following his brace against Partizan.
The powerful striker has 16 and two assists goals in 21 appearances for Beşiktaş in all competitions this season.
The Black Eagles have already faced two Premier League sides this season in European competition.
Beşiktaş narrowly lost out 1-0 on aggregate against Arsenal in the Champions League Play-off round over two legs in September.
The Turkish giants also drew against Tottenham in London and beat Spurs 1-0 in Istanbul in the Europa League to finish Group C in first place.
Beşiktaş also beat Chelsea last summer during a friendly tournament organised to raise funds for the victims of the Soma mining disaster.
