Fenerbahce winger Luis Nani will undergo his medical at Valencia before signing a £7 million deal after the La Liga outfit activated his release clause according a source close to the club told Turkish-football.com.
The Yellow Canaries were happy to see him leave as he had fallen out of favour with head coach Vitor Pereira and they managed to make almost a £3 million profit on him just a season after signing him from Manchester United on a three-year deal.
United were reported to be interested in their former winger as well and were reported to have agreed personal terms with him according to DHA.
The 29-year-old was also closely linked with Everton, Inter and Atletico Madrid before getting snapped up by Valencia.
Nani played all 120 minutes before scoring his goal in the victory over Poland on penalties in the Euro 2016 quarter-finals yesterday.
Portugal will now face the winner of Wales v Belgium game in the semi-finals of the competition.
