Turkish Cup: Ankaragücü 1-1 Başakşehir [divider]
PTT 1. Lig side Ankaragücü held Süper Lig outfit Başakşehir to a 1-1 draw at the 19 Mayıs stadium.
Başakşehir took the lead just before the half time whistle when Mehmet Batdal scored a header.

Umut Nayır equalised for Ankaragücü on 63 minutes and he almost scored the winner on 72 minutes when he beat goalkeeper Ufuk Ceylan but Rotman was on hand to clear the ball off the line for the Istanbul side.
The point was the Ankara based sides first in the Turkish Cup Group D this season.
Başakşehir remain in first place following the draw, the Istanbul based side now have eight points in Group D.
Abdulah Avcı’s side have the best defensive record in the Süper Lig, Başakşehir have only conceded 10 goals all season.
The newly promoted side are fifth in the Süper Lig with 28 points from 17 games.
Başakşehir take on Istanbul rivals Kasımpaşa at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stadium in the Süper Lig next week.
