Tolgay Arslan gave ‘healthy signs’ scoring on his debut says Bilic [divider]
Beşiktaş manager Slaven Bilic praised Tolgay Arslan following his debut performance after the 3-1 win against Sarıyer in the Turkish Cup.
“Scoring in your first game is a healthy sign. He looked fit and confident out there, concentrating on attacking throughout the 90 minutes,” Bilic told the official Beşiktaş website.
“We knew Tolgay Arslan would be a valuable asset for the team, he has strong Bundesliga credentials.”

Arslan scored the third and final goal for Beşiktaş on 81 minutes to secure all three points.
The 24-year-old joined the Istanbul giants on a 3.5 year move from HSV Hamburg last week. Arslan had two assists in 15 appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit this season.
The hard working midfielder will be able to play with a domestic status in Turkey due to being of Turkish origin.
The win saw the Black Eagles move into second place in Group F on nine points after five games.
Beşiktaş take on Mersin next in the Turkish Süper Lig.
The Black Eagles are currently second, just one point behind league leaders Fenerbahçe.
