Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony was not included in the match-day squad going into the Champions League clash against Steaua Bucharest on Tuesday.
City clearly did not miss the Ivory Coast international as they ended up recording a record 5-0 victory over the Romanian giants.
Bony has now been left out of the City squad for their past two games and it looks like his time at the club could be over – temporarily at least.
Besiktas are keen on signing the powerful striker on loan and the Fanatik reported that club president is currently in England set to hold talks with City over a potential deal.
The Black Eagles could however, face competition from Arsenal who are reported to considering a £30 million bid according to the Daily Star.
The Gunners and Besiktas are actively pursuing a new striker over the transfer window and while Arsenal would have no problem putting forward a big money bid the Eagles would only be able to bring Bony in on a temporary move due to FFP restrictions.
