Mesut Ozil made his first appearance of the season for Arsenal during the Gunners 0-0 draw with Leicester City earlier today.
The 27-year-old playmaker has been rushed back to fitness following Arsenal’s 4-3 defeat to Liverpool last weekend.
Ozil came on late in the second half but was unable to record his first assist of the season.
The games most controversial moment came when Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin brought down Leicester City forward Ahmed Musa in the box in what looked to be a stone wall penalty. However, the referee Mark Clattenburg decided against awarding the home side a chance from the spot.
