The Istanbul giants are keen on a loan deal and would be able to offer Sakho first-team as well as Champions League football this season if he were to make the move.
The Reds are running out of options for Sakho and Sunderland have already turned down the chance to loan him according to the Daily Mail.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp did not deny the possibility to Sakho leaving after the EFL Cup win at Burton Albion.
The head coach was quoted as saying: “I’m happy that I don’t talk in situations like this.
“Everybody who needs to be informed about this has been informed about this.
“There are no secrets with the important people, I would say.”
Klopp fell out Sakho after sending him home from the pre-season tour for continuos dissent.
Sakho reportedly turned up late for training, was late for a team flight from Liverpool to California last month and also turned up for a team meal late after missing his treatment session at the squad camp in Palo Alto.
