Bayer Leverkusen manager Roger Schmidt has invited offers for defender Omer Toprak after signing Dragovich from Dynamo Kiev according to BILD.
Per the source, Bayer are ready to cash in on Toprak who has two-years remaining on his contract after signing Dragovich as they have plenty of competition in defence.
Toprak does have a £19.64 million release clause but the Daily Star have linked Arsenal with a lower £14 million bid.
The Gunners could however, face competition from Borussia Dortmund who are plotting a move for the 27-year-old defender according to Sport1.
Toprak is also considering leaving the club and did hint last week that a summer exit could very well be on the cards.
“It is not certain whether I will stay at Bayer Leverkusen, we still have a month and anything could happen until them,” Toprak said earlier in the month on a proposed move away from the Bundesliga club, as quoted by Turkish-Football.com.
Toprak was part of the German U-19 national team squad that won the 2008 UEFA European Under-19 Championship before switching allegiances to Turkey.
Guus Hiddink called Toprak up for his first game in 2011 and he became a first-team regular until the Gokhan Tore incident which involved a firearm being pulled in him in a hotel room.

Toprak is vastly experienced in the Bundesliga having made 171 appearances for Bayer since joining from Freiburg in 2011 including years of Champions League experience.
