Manchester United full-back Luke Shaw had a torrid time against Fenerbahce winger Jeremain Lens on Thursday evening.

Fenerbahce ended up beating United 2-1 in the Europa League at the Sukru Saracoglu stadium and the match up between Shaw and Lens proved to be one of the defining duals over the course of the clash.

Lens wrecked havoc down the wing completing six successful dribbles – more than the entire United team combined.

The Dutch star managed to find a way past Shaw on more than occasion but one piece of skill really stood out.

Lens turned Shaw inside out resulting in the left-back almost falling over.

The incident resulted in a social media storm with Shaw being mocked. Lens was described by many twitter users as making the England international ‘skate’.
