Mersin Idman Yurdu came from behind despite being a man down to beat Eskişehirspor 4-2 at the Tevfik Sırrı Gür stadium.
Ömer Şişmanoğlu and Erkan Zengin put EsEs ahead within half an hour however, Oktay Delibalta scored on 40 mins to reduce the away sides lead to just one goal going into the half time interval.
Mersin’s game took a turn for the worse when Murat Ceylan was sent off on 60 mins.
Despite going down to 10 men Delibalta equalised on 75 mins with his second of the game. Berkay Dabanlı then scored an own goal and Sinan Kaloğlu scored in the fourth minute of additional team to make the score 4-2 to Mersin at full time.
The win takes Mersin into second place on 13 points while EsEs dropped into 15th position.
