Dortmund beat Anderlecht 3-0 win on matchday two and will be hoping to repeat a similar scoreline in Germany.
The Bundesliga giants would clinch first place with a draw however, were they to lose and Arsenal to beat Galatasaray, Dortmund would finish second.
Jurgen Klopp will be without Kehl, Reus, Papastathopoulos and Şahin due to injury.
Anderlecht also have a number of injury concerns Suárez, Nuytinck and Najar and all out against Dortmund.
The Belgium club have already secured a place in the Europa League but cannot make the Champions League Last 16.
