Mainz 05 star Yunus Malli has been closely linked with a move to the Premier League for well over a season now.
Tottenham had their eye on the Turkish international over the summer according to the Mirror and Liverpool became the latest club to keep tabs on him when scouts were spotted at the Bayern Munich game in December.

Malli put on an impressive display against Liverpool and scored in the 4-0 victory Mainz recorded over the Reds in a summer pre-season friendly.
The 24-year-old is represented by his uncle Ilhan Malli who has been flirting with the idea of his nephew leaving the Bundesliga for quite some time now.
“We will listen to interested clubs and are open to offers as are Mainz,” he was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
Malli currently has one-year remaining on his current contract with Mainz and has yet to renew terms.
The Turkish international midfielder has been in impressive form for the Bundesliga outfit scoring times and providing eight assists in 24 appearances in all competitions.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is all too familiar with Mainz having managed the team in the past.
Malli would become the second player born in Germany on Turkish origin to join Liverpool if he were to make the move – joining Emre Can.
