Contract rebel Mesut Ozil unhappy Alexis Sanchez following Arsenal defeat to Chelsea
Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil expressed his frustrations after his teammates walked off the field without thanking the fans, following the Gunners’ defeat to Chelsea.
The Germany international was seen to be calling Alexis Sanchez and Nacho Monreal over to thank the traveling fans after the final whistle.

However, Alexis ignored Ozil’s call and decided to head straight for the dressing room.

Arsenal slipped down to forth place in the Premier League following their 3-1 defeat to their London rivals Chelsea.
The defeat leaves the Gunners 12 points off top spot, essentially ending their title hopes.
Ozil’s future at Arsenal is currently in doubt with just 18-months remaining on his contract.
According to the Mirror, Ozil is holding out for an offer in excess of £200,000 per week. The Germany international has been in talks with Arsenal over a new deal for over a month but a conclusion is yet to be reached.
