PSG ‘were poor’ against Barcelona says Turkey boss
Turkey national team boss Fatih Terim revealed that he thought Paris Saint Germain played badly despite beating Barcelona 4-0.
The Ligue 1 champions pulled off the shock of the evening by thrashing Barcelona at the Parc des Princes stadium.
Argentina international Di Maria opened the scoring after 18 minutes while January transfer Julian Draxler doubled his side lead going into the break.
Di Maria scored his second after 55 minutes while Edison Cavani scored the games final goal in the 72nd minute.
However, while PSG’s performance earned plaudits from around Europe, Turkey boss Terim was not impressed.
“I have seen PSG play better than they have tonight,” Terim was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
“They [PSG] didn’t play well tonight but still managed to beat Barcelona.”
The experinced manager was also quoted by Turkish-Football as saying the likes of PSG will become a greater force in the near future.
“PSG are one of the rising powers in Europe. I believe in the future we will see more clubs like PSG to continue their rise to become a major force.”
Fatih Terim has previous experience of managing clubs in European competitions after guiding Galatasaray to the UEFA Cup success back in 2000.
Barcelona take on relegation battlers CD Leganés in the league this weekend as they look to return to winning ways.

Dear Fatih:
You coach the Turkish national team. A middling UEFA side that would be hammered by PSG. They were not facing ESTAC Troyes. That was last year. With Zlatan. Keep your mouth shut, filthy putain de merde. Merci.
Signed,
Me.
