Deportivo v Barcelona – Probable lineups – Luis Enrique set to rotate
Barcelona take on Deportivo today as they look to stretch their winning run to six games.
Luis Enrique’s side are coming off the back of an incredible 6-1 victory over Paris Saint Germain in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
The 46-year-old manager may decide to rotate his squad following the mental and physical effort exerted on Wednesday.
Turkey international Arda Turan who played 30 minutes of the mid-week clash is fit to start. The flamboyant midfielder has recently returned from an abductor injury.
Barca boss Enrique is facing selection problems in defensive going into today’s game. Aleix Vidal is out for the remainder of the season while Jeremy Mathieu is unlikely to feature.
Enrique will however be able to call upon Gerard Pique, Javier Mascherano and Samuel Umtiti. The former Roma manager is likely to stick with the 3-4-3 formation which served him so well against PSG.
