Fotomac quoted Kjaer as saying: “I feel tricked, Fenerbahce have not lived up to expectations.
“I have offers and will move at the end of the season.”
Per the source, Kjaer wants a Premier League move and Fenerbahce are willing to sell for €15 million.
A source close to the club has revealed to Turkish-Football that Chelsea have been keeping tabs on Kjaer throughout the season but underlined the defender is settled in Istanbul.
Kjaer responded to rumours that he is unhappy and pursuing a Premier League move via his Twitter.
The Denmark international denied ever speaking to the Turkish reporter or any other Turkish media outlet regarding being unhappy at the club.

Kjaer has been in great form for Fenerbahce this season and is a first-team regular for the Istanbul giants.
The former Lille and Roma defender does have another two-years remaining on his contract and Fenerbahce did turn down offers for their star man in January.
Fenerbahce are currently 4th in the league, 10 points behind league leaders Besiktas.
The Yellow Canaries will book a place in European competition next season if they finish in the top four.
