Blackburn Rover’s ‘Tugay had me on a piece of string ‘ – West Ham captain Mark Noble
West Ham United captain Mark Nobel has heaped praise on the former Turkey international Tugay Kerimoglu.
Nobel stated that the Blackburn Rovers midfielder had him ‘on a piece of string’ when asked who is the toughest opponent he has faced in the Premier League.
The West Ham midfielder came face to face against Tugay as a youngster and stated that he learnt from the experience.

Tugay won the UEFA Cup with Galatasaray, played for Rangers and starred for Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League during his career.
The midfield playmaker also lead Turkey to third place in the 2002 World Cup.
The 46-year-old made an impressive 233 apperances for Blackburn and scored seven goals – including this stunner against Tottenham.
