Galatasaray set to offer €3.5m for Cardiff City defender

Galatasaray are set to make an offer for Cardiff City defender Bruno Manga according to the Turkish sports media site Sporx.

Per the source Galatasaray are planning a defensive overhaul and have Manga on their shortlist.

The 1.86m tall defender will be out of contract at the end of the season and has yet to sign an extension with Cardiff.

Manga has made 15 appearances in all competitions for Cardiff City this season.

Recently appointed Galatasaray manager Igor Tudor is reported to be disappointed with the current defence.

Cameroon international Aurelian Chedjou will be out of contract at the end of the season and is expected to leave and there could be other changes.

Galatasaray have conceded 28 goals this season which is the highest figure in the top four.

The Lions are currently 3rd in the Turkish league, nine points behind league leaders Besiktas.

The Istanbul giants will take on Adanaspor next on Monday 3 April at the Turk Telekom Arena.
