Liverpool star an unused sub for Germany v Azerbaijan clash
Liverpool star midfielder Emre Can was an unused substitute during Germany’s win over Azerbaijan.
Joachim Low’s side continued their winning run with a comfortable 4-1 victory. Germany have recorded five wins after five games in Group C and look set to secure their place at the Russia 2018 World Cup.
Can made an appearance off the bench during Germany’s 1-0 win over England on Monday. However, Low opted to leave the 23-year-old out today.
The former Bayer Leverkusen star has been in impressive form for Liverpool of late. Can is expected to start for the Reds this weekend when they take on their biter rivals Everton.

Liverpool are currently in fourth place in the Premier League and are four points above Manchester United who sit in fifth spot.
Can has provided three assists and scored four goals in 31 apperances for Liverpool this season. The 23-year-old made the move to Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen for £10 million back in 2014 (BBC).
