Stoke transfer news: Potters star midfielder Ibrahim Afellay offered to Euro giants
Fenerbahce have been linked with a move for Stoke City midfielder Ibrahim Afellay.
The Turkish outlet Fotomac states that the Netherland’s international has been offered to the Istanbul giants.
Afellay shares the same agent as Robin van Persie, who joined Fenerbahce from Manchester United back in 2015.
Per the source, Kees Vos – who represents Van Persie – met with Fenerbahce officials last week and offered Afellay to the Turkish club.

Afellay has fallen down the pecking order at Stoke City and has played just 372 minutes of Premier League football this season.
The 30-year-old joined Stoke on a free transfer after his contract with Barcelona expired. Afellay does have over two years remaining on his current deal with the Potters.
Fotomac goes onto state that Fenerbahce are keen to offload Van Persie this summer. The former Arsenal star has failed to settle in at Fenerbahce since his arrival two years ago.
Stoke take on reigning Premier League champions Leicester City in the Premier League this weekend.
