Chelsea transfer news: Galatasaray prepare €5.6m per week offer for International midfielder
Galatasaray have set aside €5.6 million per season for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
The daily Turkish paper Sozcu state that the Lions are keen on signing the Spain international.
Per the source, Galatasaray view Fabregas as a replacement for Wesley Sneijder who they want to offload this summer.
AMK go onto state that Chelsea want to remove Fabregas from their wage bill so that they can focus on improving their squad.
Galatasaray are understood to be ahead in the race to sign Fabregas due to Igor Tudor.

Tudor maintains a strong friendship with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte who was his former Juventus team-mate.
Galatasaray are currently third in the league table and while the championship looks out of reach, the Lions do have a chance of catching second placed Basaksehir who are seven points ahead.
The Istanbul giants would have to finish in the top two to secure Champions League football next season.
Fabregas has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea and has made the majority of his apperances off the bench this season.
The Spain international has eight assists and scored five goals to his name after 26 game for Chelsea this term.
Chelsea are currently sitting at the op of the Premier League table, ten points above second placed Tottenham.
