Germany international star Ikay Gundogan has welcomed the start of spring in Manchester.

The 26-year-old playmaker shared a photo of himself in the city drinking a cup of coffee and added the following caption, “Spring has arrived in Manchester as well! Not too bad.”

Gundogan has returned from his trip to New York City. The former Dortmund star has unfortunately been ruled out for the rest of the season. Gundogan suffered a knee injury back in December and is expected to return to training over the summer.
