£25m Arsenal target will not be leaving Barcelona, says Ter Stegen
Barcelona star Arda Turan faced an uncertain future following the departure of head coach Luis Enrique.
The Times recently linked Arsenal with a £24 million move for the Turkish international attacking midfielder.
Turan has been subject to interest from Arsenal and China over the past few months.

The Gunners are expected to have an overhaul over the summer. Star duo Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil will have just 12 months remaining on their contract at the end of the season and face uncertain futures at the club.
The attacking midfielder did recently buy property in London which fuelled speculation that he could be Premier League bound.
Turan is however, staying at Barcelona according to his teammate Ter Stegen.
“Arda is staying here next season,” Ter Stegen was quoted as saying by Turkish newspaper Hurriyet in response to a question regarding whether Turan is set for a summer exit.
Turan is happy at Barcelona and does have another three years remaining on his contract.
Ultimately his future at the club could come down to the decision of the next manager.
Ter Stegen also revealed that he will shave his head and that Turan will shave his beard if Barcelona win the Champions League.
“We haven’t discussed the details over who will shave who but if we win the Champions League I will shave my hair and he will shave his beard, we have a deal,” he added.
