Man United transfer news: Arsenal join race for 10-goal £21m Brazilian midfielder
Besiktas are facing the prospect of losing out in the race to sign Brazilian attacking midfielder Anderson Talisca.
Black Eagles president revealed that they will be unable to activate Talisca’s £21 million release clause at the end of the season.
Turkish-Football recently reported that Manchester United have been scouting the 1.91 metre tall star.
United could however, face Premier League competition. Turkish newspaper Milliyet have reported that Arsenal are also monitoring Talisca with a view to buy this summer.

Per the source Arsenal have been scouting Talisca as have Liverpool and Everton.
Talisca has been in great form this season scoring 10 goals and providing five assists despite spending a lengthy period out injured.
The 23-year-old is currently on a two-year loan at Besiktas from Benfica.
The Portuguese giants have however, included a £21 million release clause fee which can be activated at any time during his temporary stay.
Talisca is currently the fourth highest rated player – statistically – in the Turkish league according to Whoscored.
The powerful midfielder takes more shots on target than any other player in the league, averaging 3.9 per-game.
Talisca has eight goals in 15 Turkish league starts giving him one of the best conversion rates in the Super Lig.
