Bournemouth equaliser ‘almost made made me vomit’ says Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has stated that Bournemouth’s late goal almost made him sick.
The Reds were held to a 2-2 draw by the Cherries at Anfield last night.
Germany international Emre Can played the full 90 minutes despite being an injury doubt coming into the game.
The 23-year-old put in a solid display and fans let their feelings about Can be known on Twitter after the game.
Can started his sixth consecutive game for the Reds. The Germany international made the most tackles for his side (4) on the night.
Bournemouth’s second goal came in the 87th minute. Eddi Howe’s side also mounted a late comeback during the two sides fixture earlier this season.

“We had moments and usually you can close the game in one moment,” Klopp stated at the post game press conferance.
“We didn’t, we left it open and then a second ball after a set piece which made me actually almost vomit. that’s of course not nice.”
Can has provided four goals and two assists in all competitions for the Reds this season.
Liverpool take on Stoke City in the Premier League this weekend. The Reds are third in the table with 60 points after 31 games.
