£12m Tottenham target has just over 12 months on his contract & has not signed a new deal
Besiktas star midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup has been subject to constant transfer speculation over the past few months.
Ozyakup will have 12 months remaining on his contract this summer and has yet to sign a new deal.
The Aksam newspaper reported today that Besiktas want to keep hold of their star man but will listen to offers that meet or exceed their valuation.

Per the source, a club spokesperson said: “Our priority is to keep our star players, the only way in which the likes of Oğuzhan Özyakup, Tolgay Arslan, Ricardo Quaresma, Cenk Tosun and Gökhan İnler is if our valuation is met or a better off is made.”
The Daily Star recently reported that Ozyakup is a Tottenham target.
Per the source, Spurs would be able to sign him for £12 million.
Head coach Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly an admirer of Ozyakup and feels the creative midfielder would add ‘greater depth and quality’ to his squad.
Besiktas are however, pushing for Ozyakup to sign a 4-5 year contract extension which would include a £25.6 million release clause.
Club president Fikret Orman confirmed that a new offer will be made at the end of the season which would leave the ball in Ozyakup’s court regarding his future.
If Ozyakup were to join Tottenham it would prove a controversial move as far as fellow North London outfit Arsenal are concerned.
Ozyakup was an Arsenal youth before leaving in 2012 in pursuit of regular first team football.
The 24-year-old went onto win the Turkish league title last season and his sides are favourites to defend to title.
Besiktas will also take on Lyon in the Europa League quarter-finals next week.
