Besiktas beat Trabzonspor 4-3 at the Akyazi stadium in what could prove to be a pivotal game in the title race.

Cenk Tosun gave Besiktas an early lead, netting his 21st goal of the season just four minutes in.

Twenty year old Trabzonspor starlet Yusuf Yazici setup Okay Yokuslu for a stunning equaliser.

Besiktas regained the lead early in the second half when Aboubakar with his back to goal pivoted 180 degrees before finding the back of the net.

Trabzonspor hit back with two goals in two minutes from Castillo and Rodallega to take the lead for the first time in the game.

Anderson Talisca equalised with an unbelievable free-kick goal on 74 minutes.

Liverpool and Manchester United are preparing to make Benfica an offer Talisca that would activate his £21 million release clause according to the Turkish newspaper, Takvim.

Turkish-Football recently reported that both clubs have been scouting Talisca and that United monitored him in today’s derby.

Talisca has now scored directly from a free kick for the second week running and netted a total of four this season.

The Brazilian attacking midfielder has now directly contributed to 16 goals this season which is a career record.

Atiba Hutchinson scored a last gasp winner to secure all three points for league leaders Besiktas in what was Trabzonspor’s first defeat of 2017.
