Arsenal transfer news: Conflicting reports over £25m Barcelona target
Barcelona star Arda Turan has been involved in conflicting reports in the Spanish press regarding a potential move to Arsenal.
It all started when the Times reported that Arsenal are plotting a £25 million summer transfer for the Turkish international.
Then Mundo Deportivo claimed that Barcelona were considering funding their move for Arsenal star Hector Bellerin by allowing Turan to join the North London outfit.
Per the source, the Gunners want £34.2 million [€40 million] for Bellerin, a fee Barcelona would currently not be able to match.
Barca would only be able to pay a £21.4 million transfer fee [€25 million]. The transfer of Turan to Arsenal would allow them to sign Bellerin.
Dario Gol however, claim that Arsenal will not make an offer for Turan and that the club are not interested in his services.

The current Barcelona manager will leave at the end of the season and he did play a key role in signing Turan.
