Fenerbahce are keen to sign an attacking midfielder ahead of next season after offloading star playmaker Diego Ribas earlier this summer.
Despite joining Chelsea from Vitesse back in 2013, Van Ginkel has hardly featured for the Blues and has spent the majority of his time out on loan.
The 24-year-old is currently out on a season-long loan at PSV Eindhoven. Van Ginkel is unlikely to be included in Chelsea boss Antonio Conte’s plan’s next term. The Netherland’s international has a little over a year remaining on his contract.
