£10m Man United & Liverpool defensive target to work with Van Persie’s agent regarding summer transfer
Fenerbahce have given Robin van Persie’s agent Kees Vos a mandate to find Simon Kjaer a new club according to Fotospor.
Per the source, the Yellow Canaries have instructed Kees Vos to help find a suitor from the Premier League.
Vos has close ties with Premier League clubs through his work for the player management company SEG and his dealings in England.
The report claims that Fenerbahce’s actions have not gone down well with Kjaer’s agent Mikkel Beck.
In the event that an offer is made to Fenerbahce via Vos, negotiations would still have to go through Beck.
Turkish-Football have reported that United have been keeping tabs on Kjaer and that they will scout him in the Intercontinental derby between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce over the weekend.
Turkish sports newspaper Fanatik have reported that the Istanbul giants will accept offers that match their valuation of £10 million for the Denmark international and that Liverpool have been plotting a move.
Despite the rumours, Kjaer has always maintained that he is happy at Fenerbahce and his agent has denied all previous transfer reports.
Kjaer has established himself as a star player at Fenerbahce and does have another two-years remaining on his contract.
